Onsite Computer Technician
An FST is in charge of responding to the technical support needs of Turnkey clients. Must be able to manage mulitple tasks, prioritze effectively and fairly,
Necessary Skills
- Must be able to work hard and stay on-task in a busy and distracting environment
- Must have outstanding communications skills
- Mastery of Windows XP & MS Windows Server-based network troubleshooting
- Mastery of hardware & equipment troubleshooting
- CAT5 cable termination
- Construction skills for mounting LCD monitors on walls and ceilings
- Ability to run low-voltage and A/V cable when necessary
