We are looking for a highly qualified person to fill the role of General Manager for our Chicago clients. A general manager is in charge of sales, service, customer satisfaction, and personnel management in a territory.
Field Service Technician
Field Service Technicians are responsible for doing the actual service calls, remote support, and equipment installations in an area. Reports directly to general manager.
Necessary Skills for a Field Service Technician
- Must be able to work hard and stay on-task in a busy and distracting environment
- Must have outstanding communications skills
- Mastery of Windows XP & MS Windows Server-based network troubleshooting
- Mastery of hardware & equipment troubleshooting
- CAT5 cable termination
- Construction skills for mounting LCD monitors on walls and ceilings
- Ability to run low-voltage and A/V cable when necessary
